Permanent Makeup Process

At Levore Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering a personalized and professional experience for your permanent makeup needs. Our process involves careful planning and execution to ensure that you achieve beautiful and lasting results. Here’s a step-by-step guide to what you can expect throughout your permanent makeup journey.

Step 1: Consultation

Personalized Consultation: Your journey starts with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your aesthetic goals and preferences. This is also when we review your medical history to ensure you’re a good candidate for the treatment. We’ll explain the entire process, answer any questions you have, and ask you to complete a consent form.

Design Discussion: We’ll explore your current makeup routine and style to understand your desired outcome. Whether you prefer a natural look or something more defined, we’ll work with you to create a plan that enhances your features.

Step 2: Shape & Color Design

Pre-Drawing: Our artist will begin by drawing the proposed shape on your skin using a traditional cosmetic pencil. This preliminary sketch helps in visualizing the new look and allows for any adjustments.

Outline & Color Selection: We outline the design with a skin-colored pencil and choose a pigment color that matches your natural tones. Color swatches are tested on your forehead for brows and on your lips to ensure the perfect shade. Once you approve, we mix the pigment to your specifications.

Step 3: Initial Session

Procedure: During the initial session, we use a sterile, single-use cartridge to apply the pigment to the top layers of your skin. A slight stinging or scratching sensation is normal, and many clients experience minimal discomfort due to the numbing cream applied after the first layer.

Technique: Our machine method utilizes a pin-dot application technique to build color with minimal skin trauma. We’ll show you the results and make any necessary adjustments before you leave.

Step 4: Touch-Up Session

Importance of Touch-Ups: Permanent makeup is a multi-session process. We recommend scheduling your touch-up appointment 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. This session helps to refine the results, address any fading, and make adjustments to achieve the perfect look.

Follow-Up Care: Even with good initial results, touch-ups are essential for long-lasting effects. It’s important to follow the aftercare instructions and be patient, as the final results may take a few weeks to fully manifest. In rare cases, a second touch-up may be needed, which should be scheduled 4-8 weeks after the first touch-up.

What to Expect

Healing Process: After the procedure, you might experience some redness and swelling, which is normal. The final outcome will become more apparent as the area heals.

Long-Term Results: With proper care, your permanent makeup will enhance your features for years. Regular touch-ups ensure that your look remains fresh and vibrant.
